Time line visual using gantt or any visual like matrix

Hello Dear Power BI buddies
Following is my raw data 

ID	contracttype	should start	should end	actual start	actual end
1	A	1/2/2023	2/3/2023	1/4/2023	2/18/2023
2	B	1/20/2022	2/19/2022	1/22/2022	3/8/2022
3	A	4/20/2023	5/20/2023	4/22/2023	6/6/2023

I want to make a time line visual like this 

and if the contract is on perfect time then it should be green or else it should sjpw red bars 

Please help
i will appreciate any help
