Time intelligence does not work

Hi Team,

Wanted a help in power BI viusalisation.. i have been stuck on something from last two weeks and it's impacting how leadership team view our dataset.

Cut-short, I want my graphs to read the x axis as: "JQ"--(representing Quarter ending June month), MQ(representing Quarter ending June month), SQ(representing Quarter ending September), DQ(representing Quarter ending December)
and so on enabling a user to DRILL DOWN the data and also an option of "See Records".

I somehow made it possible but then i couldn't see the records and drill down only to one level.

Can we make it possible through Measures or editing timeline intelligence functions??

Note:* Alteration are only supposed to be done in Visualisation options and not in the data from backend.
