Time by hour by date

Not a real analytics guy, trying to find my way through PowerBI.

 

I've searched and searched and cannot find a solution for my needs, which is probably simple, but most posts on this subject strike me to be overly complicated. Please see the example below, I have a lot of reports (built in Excel) that are similar to the example. This example of a simple pivot table, I need to count exams completed by each hour of the day, and for each day.

 

I have a Date table built in PowerBI in addition to my data table, that has proven effective days, days of the week and month/year. My date format from by data table is in the format below. Please help!!
