Time Relative filter

I am trying to use Time Relative ( in the last hour) filter but when I select last 4 hours it returns the Future time instead of last hour. It is 2 pm now and the filter time should be between 10:00...

Thanks a lot tayloramy. Is there any way I can convert the UTC in local time zone
