Time Intelligence not working with CARDS but works with TABLES or MATRIX

Hello,

Having trouble with Time Intelligence, likely it is me not comprehending how this works correctly. Below are my formulas.

RevYTD = TOTALYTD([Invoiced],'Calendar'[Date],FILTER('Calendar','Calendar'[Date]<=TODAY()))

RevMTD = TOTALMTD([Invoiced], 'Calendar'[Date], FILTER('Calendar', 'Calendar'[Date]<=TODAY()))

When adding these formulas into a TABLE or MATRIX along with the field 'Calendar'[DATE] Power BI desktop shows the correct values. When I add the same formulas to the "CARD" I get (BLANK). The only way to get Power BI to show the value for the formula is to set the "visual level filter" for the card to the relative date value. IE: YTD, Date is in the current calendar year. MTD, Date is in the current month. What I need is for the CARD to show the value without having to set the "visual level filter".

Any help here would be much appreciated.

Hi @knotpc ,

Have a look at this SQLBI article. You'll probably find the answer there.

In any case, it would certainly help in you provide sample data and the code for the [Invoiced] measure. Otherwise it's a bit hard to know what might be at play.  Or, ideally, share the pbix (beware of confidential data).

Thank you for the link. I read that post last week. It does not provide insight into the issue I am having.
