Time Displacement Horizontal Line graph

Question

Hi All,&nbsp;I'm trying to create a line graph for Time Displacement Data, basically showing the deviation from a middle straight line to the left for positive values and to the right for negative values, this show movement of a pole in the ground.&nbsp; Anyone done this before?&nbsp; Please see the sample below:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

foresightsa , I doubt seeing a vertical line visual 
There is custom visual, if that can help
