    az12 Can't replicate this. Try this though:

    Call During Working Hours = IF( ('EVENT'[Local Start Time] - TRUNC('EVENT'[Local Start Time]) ) <= ('EVENT'[Working Day Closing Time] - TRUNC('EVENT'[Working Day Closing Time]) ),1,0)
