Three dots/Export Button not working?

Hello, is anyone else having this problem?

Usually if I want to export a matrix from PowerBI Server, I click the three dots and then select "Export Data":

As of yesterday afternoon, if we click the three dots, the menu list will flash on the screen but it won't stay long enough for us to click on any of the options (I've tried across multiple users, we all have this issue).

I've checked all the Visual Header/Options selections - they are fine.

I've rebuilt/republished some of the tabs to see if that would do it.

It's not even that we can't see the menu box.. it's just that it flashes on the screen and then disappears too quickly before anyone can click on anything.

Any advice/anyone else ever experience this?

Hi @kressb ,

 

Please move the page forward, use larger page zooms, or click Focus mode, then the options are not disappearing.

@kressb , In case you have nor tried, clear cache(browser) and refresh and try.

 

If this do work, check any known issue because of Sep-2021 at https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
