Thousands separator change from Desktop to Web App

Hi, in my report the thousands separator in PBI Desktop is the point, but when I publish it into PBI Web it changes to comma. Can you help me?

It doesn't help, changing Region formats will affect only PBI Desktop. PBI Web seems not changing
