Hello I would like to ask for your help, I am developing a PBI in which I am using a couple of visuals from the PBI store, the problem is that when I transfer them to the Report Server and open them online they are not displayed. In the Desktop version I don't have a problem. In other GDPs that we have published, the same filter visualization was used and it works, but if I add others the error comes out.

Thank you very much in advance.

Hi @Didef ,
This happens in one of the following scenarios:
pbivisuals.powerbi.com
When importing the local copy of the visual, Power BI Desktop for Power BI Report Server tries to connect to the internet and load the updated visual, which results in this behavior
The detailed solution is in the official documentation below:
Best Regards,
Xianda Tang

Not all custom visuals work on PBI Report Server.
Based on the above information, if you are a Power BI Pro licensee, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.
It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.
