Thick Border per different name locations in table

Hi, 

 

I've been assigned to deisgn a table visualization in PowerBI that requires to have Thick borders separating sample locations, defined by a location code:

This is how the thick border should look like (screenshot taken from Excel). Is it even possible to replicate this in a data table in Power BI? The row colouring is not needed, just the thick borders.

@AmazingRandom , As of now, we can not do conditional formatting on border
