Theme Removed - All Tabs and Visuals deleted from Dataset

After I published a dataset the theme disappeared on the Desktop side. When I tried to reapply the theme and re-publish both the desktop version and the published version had ALL TABS AND VISUALS DELETED. 

How do I recover? I've lost hours of work now.

ok thanks, I'll probably just re build the report based on the visuals from a recovered version
