The web browser exited unexpectedly

I want to get data from web, but after I typed the website , the Navigator shows :" The web browser exited unexpectedly".
anybody can help me with this problem?

Thank you for reaching out to us with your problem. I understand that you're encountering an issue where the web browser exits unexpectedly when you connect to web in Power BI Desktop. Please try the following steps and check if that can solve the problem:

• Update the version of your Power BI Desktop to latest one.
• Clear cache: Solved: container exited unexpectedly with code 0x80131904... - Microsoft Fabric Community

• Update Web Connector: Power BI uses the Web.BrowserContents function for retrieving web content that needs to be accessed through a browser. This function was initially built on Chromium, but it’s being migrated to Microsoft Edge’s WebView2 control. To enable the updated Edge-based version of Web.BrowserContents in Power BI Desktop, enable the “Web page connector infrastructure update” preview feature. Refer this official documentation to make troubleshooting

If the above ones can't solve the problem, could you please provide the following info?

• Can that web url be accessible via the Internet?
• Whether it can load the data successfully when connect to other web url in Power BI Desktop?

I updated to the latest vesion and clear cache, but still can't get data from web, the same error "The web browser exited unexpectedly" occur.
I can visit this website via Microsoft Edge, but I can't visit any web url from "get data from web" .  I appreciate your help

@XUXiping, Try this

Go to File-> Options and settings -> Options -> Security Option -> and check : Use My Default browser( Visible after scroll)

if needed, clear the cache of the default browser
