The report is disconnected from semantic model

Hello friends,

I have createad a new report in Power BI Desktop using a semantic model of another report published on Power BI Service.
Another report is also mine, so I have owner rights for both of them.
However publishing the second report I have gotten this error.

The local gateway for the new report also does not work without any reason. When I try to turn it on returns the error:

With other report the gateway is working perfectly (including the other one which model I have been used for creating the new one)

What is happenning and how can I address the problem?

Thank you for your help.

Hi @AlexandrLosenok

Based on your description, please check the dataset source settings to check that if the data source has some change, you can try to reconnect the data soure.

For the gateway, you can try to close it and reopen it and try to run it again.

And you can try to add the data to gatewat again, you can refer to the following link.

Sorry for delay of feedback.

Btw. I have checked the gateway connections, and they are active.

Currently I did not have an opportunity to reinstall the gateway. But I have started to think that problem is not connected with gateway.

I have tried to create a new report alimented from the same semantic model already published in PwBI Service. And it worked perfectly. However, after adding additional connection to a local spreadsheet, the error thta I have mentioned in the primal message reappears.

So I conclude that problem is connected in a composition of complex model, or some settings that do not allow to combine these two sources in the same report.

Any ideas please.
