The report can't be viewed because the underlying dataset uses row-level security(RLS

Hello

I wanted to restrict some parts of my report for only 2 users because of confidentiality.

So I have created a new role model in Power bi desktop, and added those two persons to this role in power bi online

But when I have published my report, all the other users have the access denied :

"You can't see the content of this report because you don't have permissions to the underlying dataset. The underlying dataset uses row-level security (RLS)."

Do I need to create a second role, with no restriction at all, and then add all the current users to this role ?

There is no way that by default users have access to everything ?

thank you

@matdel Once RLS is there you have to include all the users in the role and based on the rules in the role the restriction will apply, if no use is added to the role then it will restrict (as you see it now).
