The given key was not present in the dictionary -- Adding new column

Hello,

I have a report that pulls in data from Dynamics 365. Everything works just fine. I am now trying to add a new (Option Set) column to a table in Power Query which is no problem. As soon as I try to save and close it and Apply the changes, I get the generic error "The given key was not present in the dictionary." There is nothing of significant interest (as far as I can tell) in the error log.

I am on the latest version of Power BI Desktop (2.147.931.0 64-bit (September 2025))

It must be something with the PC I was working on. I tried it on a different system and didn't get the error.

Strange.
