Hi, I hope all is well with everyone, I made this DAX formula but in the lines where itemID and description are the same it is multiplying the value by 2, I don't know why, if anyone could help? Thanks in advance for your attention.

Hi @Anonymous ,
As far as I know, Power BI will summarize the value by group in calculation if the data in those rows are all the same. So I think data in these two rows like ID/Description and others are all the same.
I can reproduce your issue in myside.
Here I suggest you to add an index column to make two row different and then you will get result as you want.

Rico Zhou
