The field 'features' of the record wasn't found. - Refresh issues

I have multiple queries pulling from separate tables in a rest endpoint from a feature service, which comes in as a JSON.

When refreshing, I get "The field 'features' of the record wasn't found." for no apparent reason. 
The endpoint queries work fine on their own separately and I can refresh my preview in powerquery without any issues.

Is it timing out or what is causing this random failure? If the feature really wasn't there, I wouldn't be able to refresh the previews in powerquery.

The error appeared to be because I renamed one of my tables that other tables referenced and the new name of the  table wasn't properly translated to the code of the other tables.
