The auto refresh function is greyed out and I dont know how to enable it

Hi

im a fairly new user, i have prepared a report and published it, i have tried to set an auto refresh, but its greyed out.  i have to manually refresh and republish the report to get it to update. it is stored on my work one drive and i am publishing to the workspace, teams and sharepoint

help!

Hi @Anonymous ,

If you used an on-promises data source, you need configure it in the gateway.

If you used a cloud data source, you need set correct credential.
