The Process cannot access the file error

Hi, 

 

I need help from uploading a folder (from a shared DROPBOX folder) to Power Query Editor, 

everytime i open the file, i cannot refresh my dashboard. But my other PBI files works just fine.

 

Here is the screenshot of the file of the files on my folder. the encircled one is appearing each time i open the file. I think that caused the error:

I tried reinstalling my Power BI, just doesnt seem to work. 

any help will do! Thank you!

@jmcph , copy the excel and another place. Open power bi - transform data -> data source and change data source and Try
