This is no longer a Preview feature just go ahead and use it! 😀

I have installed (Feb, March 2020) versions but still unable to see Incrimental refresh feature. can you please help here, am i missing anything. I have created parameters too.

Anonymoushas already answered above.
As that opportunity is not in Preview mode that tick is disappeared.
This opportunity is turned on already, just use it! 🙂
