You can create a bookmark based on the default environment, and then apply the bookmark to the current page after you have used the slicer, and the slicer will be restored to its default state.
If you add a bookmark and disable "current page", then the page should not change:

Please share the snapshot to understand it more clearly!
In first place you are creating a report not dashboard. Dashboard is different which cannot contain slicers.
