Text Wrap not working

I'm not able to wrap the text in a text box (actually I'm not sure if these are text boxes). For extremely long text values, I was expecting to see a scroll bar to the right side, see screenshot below box number 2 and 5 contain a lot more data than what's being shown. Any suggestions what I should check for?

    Rnaval try to use text boxes. It will automatically wrap the text.

    the scroll bar will on the right slide and you can scroll down.

    Hi Rnaval, you appear to be using the classic card visual. Both the modern and classic versions has an option to wrap the call out value text  but it isnt 100%. The text must fit within the card.
