Continued ContributorText Slicer SELECTEDVALUE Not Working

The new Text Slicer is currently in preview, and some DAX functions like Selectedvalue() may not behave as expected, especially when users type in custom values or when formatting (like currency symbols) is involved.

Create a text slicer (preview) - Power BI | Microsoft LearnAs a workaround, you can try using the standard slicer visual instead, especially if you need more consistent interaction with Selectedvalue() or want to avoid issues with manual input.
