Text Message between times

Hi bartbouwman,
I think your best option will be to have card visual displaying your message.
You can use a measure like this to toggle whether the message should be shown or not:
Measure message = VAR _now = TIME ( HOUR ( NOW () ); MINUTE ( NOW () ); SECOND ( NOW () ) ) RETURN IF ( _now >= TIME ( 7; 0; 0 ) && _now <= TIME ( 12; 0; 0 ); "Not up to date"; "" )When the report is viewed outside the period 7:00 to 12:00, no value will be displayed in the card visual.
You can also make use of the conditional formatting of the card background to create emphasis on the card visual in the hours where it is not up to date. You will need an additional measure for this though, as the formatting rules don't work with text values. Just use the code of the measure above and change "not up to date" and "" to 1 and 0, respectively.
Cheers,
Sturla
