Text Filter Visual Not Working in Power BI

Hi

I need a filter visual (control) where users can filter a table based on selected values in a column.

I found the "Text Filter" that Microsoft released on 11/16/2017 and notice in the FAQs that it supports Word, Project ... (the list goes on) ... but Power BI is not mentioned.

The visual installs Ok in Power BI and it looks good but I cannot get it to work.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Download the latest version of Power BI Desktop and make sure the data type is text.
