    I am testing with 2020 Oct version and did not met the issue, the menu bar always appears at the top of the text box.. I guess it is fixed in the newest update.

    Anonymous You have to turn on the preview feature for Smart Narrative Visual. It turns the text box into the smart narrative as well, which is the giant text box issue.

when working with smaller text boxes which are just a title of for the top of the page it is unusable, unless i move the text box elsewhere, resize it, highlight all of the text and get it the correct size, then move it back, its even worse if its the top of the page and to the left hand side. im then unable to select the move handle and im just stuck, its so frustrating...
