Text Box Menu now GIANT, and blocks input/grab points
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Since the latest update (Sept 2020), when creating a new text box in PBI Desktop, depending on the shape of the box, the text formatting menu covers much of the window, and stays attached to the box so it can't be moved away. This blocks access to text selection, and text box grab points for resizing.

I am testing with 2020 Oct version and did not met the issue, the menu bar always appears at the top of the text box.. I guess it is fixed in the newest update.Paul Zheng _ Community Support Team
If this post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly.Anonymous You have to turn on the preview feature for Smart Narrative Visual. It turns the text box into the smart narrative as well, which is the giant text box issue.

when working with smaller text boxes which are just a title of for the top of the page it is unusable, unless i move the text box elsewhere, resize it, highlight all of the text and get it the correct size, then move it back, its even worse if its the top of the page and to the left hand side. im then unable to select the move handle and im just stuck, its so frustrating...
