Text Analytics with PowerBI and Input

Hello, 

I am trying to create the following product:

User enter a PowerBi Page

1. Paste a Text into a Input box. 
2. Then Text should go into a R Script and execute a similarity analysis (bm25) and
3. Output other textes that fit to the input text on the PowerBi page

Question: I look all the web, but I did not found something like that. Is it even possible to create in PowerBI with premium services?
