Text Analytics - Sentiment and Key Phrase extraction - after adding this to the model - Refresh Fail

Hi All,   I am having refresh failures with the following error message    This started happening after I added the Text Analytics to the report.  I added Sentiment Analysis and Key Phrase...

KG1610 , it showing some connection error issues. Make sure you login into power bi and you source connection details are correct.

Hey Amit, 

Thanks for jumping in

 

I can refresh the report in Power BI desktop without any issues. All credentials and connections are working.

Wont refresh in the power bi service.

    Is your data source Azure?

     

    If not, could you please tell me what is your data source?

      My sources are Snowflake - combined from multiple regions 

       

       

      One of the tables is conversations with customers 

      For the first time had the opportunity to use the Text Analytics - So I did the sentiment analysis and the key phrase extraction. 

       

      I can refresh the Power BI desktop file as per normal only when scheduled refresh in the power BI service runs - I get the error above.

       

      I am using my account to log into the AI Functions

       

      I did find mention of privacy settings from other forums 

      The permissions for the AI Functions is set to Organisational 

       

      if there is any more info I can give you please let me know,
