Teradata Connector Issue

Hi team,

 

Whenever I try to get data from teradata database, a window appears asking the connector requires one or more additional components to be installed. Can someone please helpme in resolving this issue. I have posted the snippets below:

      Hi Amit,

      I'm using Power BI Desktop (Version: 2.107.841.0 64-bit (july 2022)). I have successfully installed .NET Data Provider for Teradata (Release 17.10.03.00, 17.20.02.00 - 17 Jun 2022) in order to connect to a Teradata database. When I try to connect to the database, I got the following error message :" 

      Details: "Teradata: [.NET Data Provider for Teradata] [115057] The WebSocket handshake response is invalid. Details: Unexpected or invalid response received.

      Do you have any idea what the issue is and how to fix it ? I'm using also Microsoft DBeaver 22.1.3 and I have no problem to connect to the same Teradata database.
