Manejo mis dashboards en Power BI Desktop, pero no quiero tenerlos en el disco duro por seguridad de poder perder la información. Hay forma de tenerlos en Teams o en OneDrive y sean colaborativos (como un file de Excel) donde otras personas con autorizacion, puedan entrar a modificarlos sin necesidad de descargar? Para que se asegure que tenemos la ultima versión disponible todo el equipo?

No es posible colaborar en pbix (como en Excel). Si puedes guardarlos .pbix files en Teams o OneDrive o lo que sea, pero para modificarlo hay que descargar.
Sin embargo, si quieres solo modificar el reportaje (y no el DAX, Power Query, Model, etc) puedes hacerlo en PowerBI.com usando Workspaces: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-roles-new-workspaces En Workspaces, todo el mundo que tiene acesso al Workspace puede colaborar en modificar los visualizaciones juntos y tambien puedes anadir commentos al report.

Yes. You can store the file on SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams (the last 2 are just SharePoint under the covers), and then people can sync that folder to OneDrive, so they can open/modify the file directly. However, you won't be able to just click on the file, or it will download.
