Template for SharePoint Project Site Template

Hi,

 

I've created a report for a Sharepoint Site with several lists. I've selected 8 lists. It's a template SharePoint site for project management. Then I created a query for the site source and export the report as a template. However, when I open the template, it is asked to add the new site source but the report shows the data from the template site, also in the query all the tables are the originals from the templete.

 

Does someone know's how I can creat a query also for the lists? Or if there is another way to make the template that goes fort he list with the same name in the site?

      Thank you for your reply. I've cheking the guides you mentioned, thank you for sending the links.

       

      Howerer I don't know how to adapt them to the specfics of Sharepoint list.

       

      I'm able to create a parameter for the source - different links for each project site. I can get the data and select the list I want but when I change the parameter for a different link correponding to other project site it gives an error on aplying the consult. For each list I have selected, now it says that:

      1 - "The key don't maches any line on the table"

      2 - " The upload has been canceled due to an error on the previous table".

       

      Any idea where I'm doing it wrong?
