Temp table based on dynamics values of another table

Hi,

I would like t create a temp table to hold some data from another table withot creating a query.

Bascially this temp table will holde 2 columns:

Guid of user

User Name

When I create a table via the Enter Data option - how can I add Power Query expression to copy all contents of a column from another table?
