According to your description, I think you can create a measure,then use it in line values.
Like this:
Measure2 = IF ( SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Table 3'[month] ) = 1, MIN ( 'Table 3'[amount] ), IF ( SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Table 3'[month] ) = 12, MAX ( 'Table 3'[amount] ) ) )Here is my sample .pbix file.Hope it helps.

Thanks for the help, also got advice on making a Generated series table. Will try to implement this in the current table
