Target Table not Averaging properly

Hi Guys,

If anyone can help that'd be much appreciated. I've been pulling together a KPI dashboard and have all my data and measures in fine but i've created a table to track the targets of different products and when I try and display the targets as an average to give myself the monthly figures and compare them to the actuals the data is averaging for the whole year instead of each month

I can't for the life of me understand why this isn't working correclty, for context the target is 0.16% for every day apart from the months of Jul/Aug/Sep which is then 0.19%. I've checked that the data is showing correctly in the table but no matter what i try it keeps giving me the total average of 0.17% instead?
