Tabular Model Dual Composite mode
I am using Live Connect to connect to my Tabular Model
Is it possible to set certain tables in the Tabular Model VIA ANALYSIS SERVICES/VISUAL STUDIO to use Direct Query for say large tables?
There is a setting on the Model.bim properties that allows Direct Query to be on or off. Does that mean it can only be one of the two?

LC and DQ are real-time data connection mode. If your idea is part LC, part DQ. This is impossible and unnecessary. If you are considering a composite model, there is a new feature. Hope it helps.
