Tabular Model Dual Composite mode

I am using Live Connect to connect to my Tabular Model Is it possible to set certain tables in the Tabular Model VIA ANALYSIS SERVICES/VISUAL STUDIO to use Direct Query for say large tables? ...

Hi, Anonymous 

 

LC and DQ are real-time data connection mode. If your idea is part LC, part DQ. This is impossible and unnecessary. If you are considering a composite model, there is a new feature. Hope it helps.
