I am getting this error when I add more than 1 dataset to a report in paginated report builder.
The tablix 'Tablix3' is invalid. The value for the DataSetName property is missing.
----------------------------
The definition of the report '' is invalid.
----------------------------
An error occurred during local report processing.
For anyone else out there I had the same issue. I used a tablix as a header and had not linked it to a dataset of which i have two in my report. The reason for this is because a tablix as a page break attribute.
It is a simple fix, add a data field to the table, then remove it and no more error since the table is then attached to a dataset

Thanks Lucien, the link didn't help but it is now solved
how did you solve?
Hi @PeterWW
Paginated report allow more then one dateset to create a report. Since your specific problem cannot be determined, you can refer to the video below to do so.
