Tableau to PowerBI window function

Hi Team,

 

Please help me in conveting this Tableau function to PowerBI,

IFNULL(( [10_total_Inv]),0)
/
(( WINDOW_SUM(IFNILL(SUM( [it_3_week]),0),1,2)
/12))

Please help me.
