Tableau to Power bi LOD

Hi Expert ,
I literally got stuck in a measure .
Need help form this community for a lod expression in tableau to Power bi.
lod :
sum(

{ FIXED [Product],[Product Area],[Product Line],[Item ID]   : 
        Sum (      {   FIXED [Product],[Product Line],[Working Days],[Shift ],[Work id]  :  avg(SOMM)  }
                )
}    )
I am attaching also a drive link consists of two sample datasets with 1000 rows and 10000 rows , to recheck purpose.

Sumx( summarize(Fact,[Product],[Product Line],[Working Days],[Shift ],[Work id]), calculate(avg(SOMM) ,allexcept(Fact,[Product],[Product Line],[Working Days],[Shift ],[Work id])) )

 

 

Use the correct table name with fields, also use central/fact table in place of fact
