Tableau to Power BI
Hi All,
I am new to Power BI.
Worksheet /dashboard actions are some features available in Tableau.
Please let me know how can we create the Worksheet actions and Dashboard actions in Power BI.

I'm not familiar with Tableau, what you mean is Page level filter or Report level filter?

There is no need to enable any "Actions" in Power BI. All charts and tables, by default are interactive to each other (unlike Tableau where you have to explicitly define Actions). You can edit the interactions between chart and tables using the "Edit Interactions" feature, and change the Ineraction to Highlight, filter, etc.
