Tableau like visualization in Power BI

Hi Power Bi Community !!

 

I was looking for a particular visualizayion which was super easy to make in Tableau but I am having a rough time replicating the same in Power Bi. Looking for some help !

This is the view I am looking for, Rows and columns are two parameters. The boxes in each row represent indivduals under the categories. The boxes should have condtional formatting based on a scoring parameter. Hence some boxes are red while some are green.
