Tableau To DAX
my2girls I would do something like:
New Column or Measure =
VAR __Sum = SUM('Table'[Total Value])
RETURN
SWITCH(TRUE(),
__Sum >=0 && __Sum < 250000, "Under $250",
__Sum >= 250000 && __Sum <= 5000000, "$250K and $5M",
__Sum >= 5000000 && __Sum <= 10000000, "$5M to $10M",
"Over $10M"
)
Hi Greg. Thanks for the fast response. But the formula just gives me only 10M. Screen shot below. sorry to bother.

my2girls Well, it's a card visual so it's going to be based on everything in the table then. Typically you would use a measure within something like a table visual where you would have some other column involved that segments the data.
Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
