Table with two columns (Description & Values) (no Header)

I am trying to create a table similar to this picture.
First column is the description or the names of the measures,
Second column the values.

No classic table, thanks in advance.

hi there! please take Matrix visual, place your Values and switch them to show up on the Rows in Format pane:
