Table with all possible combinations

Hi,

 

Have a table with two columns, one describes the name of the transaction, and the other its type. How to make a calculated table in such a way that for each transaction you get all possible combinations of types according to the example below.

 

Generate combinations only if they are in the range from 100 to 110
