Table with Conditional Formatting that is not modifying all rows that meet condition?
I have a table that looks like this:
...with this set as the conditional formatting for that column:
Both the 100% AND the 91% values should be highlighted in green as they both meet the condition, but only the 100% is highlighted. What's odd is both the 100%'s are highlighted in the other column with the exact same condition set for it. When I change some dates in the date slicer, it appears that only the MAX value of the column in question ever gets highlighted, even though both row values meet the condition. How to fix?
