Table visual should not breakdown the measure

Hello,

I have below table but I want instead of sales breakdown on Person in table visual it should sum the value for each month even if we have person name in the visual. If the month name scome multiple time the total sum should repeat everytime.

This is my table:

PersonMonth Sales 
James January $ 345.00
JohnMarch $   56.00
AllyJanuary $   24.00
JeffJune $ 457.00
JohnMarch $   79.00
James April $ 346.00
AllyFebruary $   99.00

 

The outome is below:

PersonMonth Sales 
James January $ 369.00
JohnMarch $ 135.00
AllyJanuary $ 369.00
JeffJune $ 457.00
JohnMarch $ 135.00
James April $ 346.00
AllyFebruary $   99.00

 

Kindly provide the measure which just show monthly sales without breaking down to person name regardless of Person name.

    Sum by Month = 
CALCULATE ( SUM ( Table[Sales] ), ALLEXCEPT ( Table, Table[Month] ) ) )

      Would it be same if month and sales belong to two different tables?
