Table visual from multiple tables

Hi!   I am trying to create a table visual based off of three tables (there is no real relationship between the tables).  I want the visual to look like this:   I can build the measures out...

    rjs2 ,

     

    You need to build relationship, if you can't build relationship straightly, you canlin to build a "bridge" table to connet to the two tables.

 did build a bridge table, that makes sense.  I am close to a resolution on this.

 

The problem I have, I need the on seperate lines between count and dollars like the above picture.  I have even created separate tables for the original table.
