Table visual from multiple tables

Hi!

I am trying to create a table visual based off of three tables (there is no real relationship between the tables).  I want the visual to look like this:

I can build the measures out for the YTD (already have) but not sure how to stack info from other tables ontop of each like the above pic.

Thanks@

  • rjs2 ,

You need to build relationship, if you can't build relationship straightly, you canlin to build a "bridge" table to connet to the two tables.

  • rjs2 there is a way to do it but going to be painful, add another table what you want to see on rows and then use switch statement to return the respective measure value.

not sure how to use switch statement to get the rows.

If I have a table with Product A Sales to calculate count and dollars and another table of Product B Sales to calculate count and dollars, how would I build a switch to keep the count and dollars for each product on separatelines.  I have used another table to make the columns which are based off of years, which works.  I just cant get Product A count and dollars on separate lines.

I could settle with having dollars and count on the same row, but I need each product on its own row.  Each product has its own table.

        like this:

        Product     YTD#    YTD$

        A                500      $1,000

        B                250        $750

        etc....

did build a bridge table, that makes sense.  I am close to a resolution on this.

The problem I have, I need the on seperate lines between count and dollars like the above picture.  I have even created separate tables for the original table.
